Nancy Nichols was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. Growing up in historic “Cowtown” Nancy developed a deep passion for working with livestock, horses, training and entering competitions, all of which have contributed to her fine skills of “true” Texas hospitality. After attending Texas A&M University she lived in Stephenville, TX which provided her the opportunity to learn more about rural towns and rural lands. In 1987 Ms. Nichols moved to the Hill Country and has spent most of the last 23 years there, with the exception of a recent year spent in the West Texas town of Marathon. With her love of the outdoors, animals, and hunting plus a solid background in marketing, sales and public relations, Ms. Nichols has refined her skills as a rural land agent working with a devoted group of investors, buyers and sellers. Always eager to learn more Ms. Nichols attends continuing education regarding wildlife habitats, wind energy, predator management, current effects of the economy on market trends, plus extensive reading and studying of the Texas markets that she works (Hill Country, South Texas & West Texas). Her knowledge and experience combined with her dedicated loyalty to her clients and devotion to her work make her an asset in one’s pursuit of Texas land and rural properties. |
